Shipping Methods and Costs
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping address provided
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on the carrier’s website.

We ship via trusted carriers including:

- FedEx
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sooliano Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery details with the carrier, including the delivery date and time.
If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and contact your local authorities if necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@sooliano.shop with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sooliano.shop. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
Processing and shipping times may be extended during holidays and peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas). We will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
